Subscription & Cancellation Policy

ORIA LABS may offer certain products on a recurring subscription basis. This policy explains how our subscriptions work, how recurring payments are processed, and how you can manage, change, pause, skip, or cancel an eligible subscription.

The specific price, products, quantity, delivery frequency, billing frequency, and any applicable subscription discount will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

By purchasing a product on a subscription basis, you agree to recurring deliveries and authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged automatically according to the billing frequency and price disclosed to you at the time of purchase, until your subscription is cancelled.

Subscription Plans

Subscription options may vary by product and may include different quantities, delivery frequencies, billing frequencies, or discounts.

The specific terms of your selected subscription will be displayed on the relevant product page and/or during checkout before you place your order.

For example, ORIA LABS currently offers subscription options that may include:

30-Day Subscription

Where offered, a 30-day subscription generally includes the quantity displayed at checkout delivered approximately every month. Your payment method will be automatically charged for each recurring order according to the subscription terms displayed when you subscribe.

90-Day Subscription

Where offered, a 90-day subscription may include multiple units delivered together approximately every three months.

For example, the current 90-day subscription for SYNAPSE_01 includes three (3) units delivered together as approximately a 90-day supply, with the subscription renewing approximately every three months.

A 90-day subscription structured in this way is not a monthly shipment. The full quantity displayed at checkout is supplied together as one recurring order.

Future ORIA LABS products may have different subscription quantities, frequencies, prices, or delivery structures. The terms displayed for the specific subscription you select at the time of purchase will apply to that subscription.

Automatic Renewal and Recurring Payments

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing frequency selected at checkout until cancelled.

By starting a subscription, you authorize ORIA LABS and our payment providers to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each recurring order without requiring you to manually place a new order.

Your subscription will continue to renew until you cancel it.

Payment information is stored and processed securely through our ecommerce and payment providers. ORIA LABS does not have access to your complete payment card details.

Subscription Pricing and Discounts

The price, quantity, billing frequency, delivery frequency, and any applicable subscription discount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Subscription prices and discounts may vary between products and subscription plans.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotional discount or discount code applying to your initial subscription order will not automatically apply to subsequent recurring orders.

If a promotion applies to multiple recurring orders, the duration and conditions of that promotion will be stated with the applicable offer.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or disclosed as appropriate during checkout or in connection with the applicable recurring order.

If we change the recurring price applicable to an existing subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.

Managing Your Subscription

Where supported for your subscription, you can manage your subscription using the subscription-management options provided through your ORIA LABS customer account or through subscription-management links provided in eligible communications.

Depending on the options available for your subscription, you may be able to:

• View upcoming subscription orders

• Update your payment method

• Update your shipping address

• Skip an upcoming order

• Pause your subscription

• Resume a paused subscription

• Cancel your subscription

Available management options may vary depending on the product, subscription plan, and status of an upcoming order.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring orders.

You can cancel through the subscription-management options available to you or by contacting us at admin@getorialabs.com.

When a subscription is successfully cancelled, future recurring billing and deliveries under that subscription will stop.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund an order that has already been processed or charged before the cancellation took effect.

If an upcoming subscription order has already been processed when you request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing or fulfilment has begun.

Any return or refund relating to an order that has already been processed is governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Skipping or Pausing a Subscription

Where these options are available, you may be able to skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription instead of cancelling it.

Pausing a subscription stops upcoming recurring orders while the subscription remains paused. You may resume a paused subscription using the available subscription-management options.

Skipping an order applies only to the selected upcoming order and does not cancel the subscription. Unless you subsequently pause or cancel the subscription, recurring orders will continue according to your subscription schedule.

Changes to Your Subscription

Where supported, you may be able to change certain details of your subscription, including your shipping information, payment information, or other available subscription settings.

Available modification options may vary between products and subscription plans.

Changes requested after an upcoming order has already been processed may apply only to future orders.

Shipping Address and Payment Information

You are responsible for keeping the shipping address and payment information associated with your subscription accurate and up to date.

Changes made after an order has already been processed may not apply to that order.

ORIA LABS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or outdated information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Failed Subscription Payments

If we are unable to successfully process a recurring subscription payment, your order may be delayed and you may be asked to update your payment information.

Our subscription or payment platform may automatically retry unsuccessful payments in accordance with its applicable payment-retry process.

Your subscription and future deliveries may be affected until a valid payment method is available.

Subscription Order Reminders

Where provided through our subscription platform or required by applicable law, you may receive communications regarding an upcoming recurring order or renewal.

These communications may include information about the upcoming order and available subscription-management options.

You remain responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription before an upcoming recurring order is processed if you do not wish to receive that order.

Returns and Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription purchases are subject to the ORIA LABS Returns & Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not, by itself, create a right to a refund for an order that has already been processed, charged, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered.

Where a subscription provides multiple units together as one recurring order, eligibility for the return of some or all of those units will be determined in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Products that are opened, used, partially consumed, or otherwise no longer eligible for return under our Returns & Refund Policy will generally not become eligible for a refund merely because they were purchased through a subscription.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other rights available under applicable law.

Promotional Offers

ORIA LABS may occasionally offer introductory pricing, promotional subscription discounts, discount codes, or other subscription offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotion applying to an initial subscription order does not alter the standard price of subsequent recurring orders.

Where a promotion applies for a specific number of orders or period of time, the applicable promotional terms will govern the offer.

New Products and Subscription Plans

ORIA LABS may introduce new products or subscription options in the future.

Subscription quantities, prices, billing frequencies, delivery frequencies, discounts, and other plan features may vary between products.

The specific terms displayed to you for a subscription before you complete your purchase will apply to that subscription.

The introduction of a new product or subscription option does not automatically change the terms of an existing subscription unless we notify you otherwise in accordance with applicable law.
